This can happen over the period of a year or more depending on the chemicals it’s exposed to and how it’s worn over time. In order to maintain the beauty of your special pieces we encourage our customers to come in and let us restore the shine and sparkle to their white gold jewelry with a complimentary rhodium dip and polish. On platinum pieces that do not require rhodium, lifetime polishing is included to remove small scratches that may occur over time.

This means we cover 100% of manufacturer defects and any lost diamonds in the setting (excluding the center stone) that are caused from natural wear, meaning there is no obvious damage to the ring or prongs when inspected with a loupe.
