The health of our friends, family, employees and clients is top priority. We are doing what we can to flatten the curve of this pandemic while still maintaining our business in a sustainable way.

We are now offering our customers more opportunities to connect with us in a way that ensures they feel safe and comfortable, such as online and over the phone purchases and Curbside Pickups.

Online Purchases

Our customers can contact us anytime via phone, email or social media. We are facilitating purchases online, with complete security and promptness. Shipping times have not been impacted and FedEx, UPS, and USPS have new procedures to ensure packages are delivered safely and without risk. Alternative measures are being taken so even packages that require a signature can be delivered.

Our showrooms are not currently open to the public. However, we are shipping out to customers daily. Our goal has been to keep our dealings as contactless as possible. This way we can allow everyone to be safe while still getting what they want.

Curbside Pickups at Prescheduled times

Another interesting tactic we have employed is curbside pickups at pre-scheduled times. This is great for clients who want their products immediately.

Our clients are able to shop virtually and discuss their purchases with us over the phone. This enables our customers to select exactly what they want.

We are still doing custom pieces too!

Payments are conducted over the phone or online. Then, we prepare the jewelry and/or watches as we always do, with premium or original packaging, depending on if its a designer brand or private label.

From there, clients come to our showroom parking lot at the designated time. This ensures no other customers will arrive simultaneously. Once our client pulls up at the front entrance of our showroom, our armed security comes out to hand over their order. Friendly as ever.

Our clients don’t have to leave the seat of their car. Inspections of jewelry and watches can be made right there in the comfort and safety of their vehicle.

Note: We can also facilitate this transaction with zero contact. We do this by placing the goods down while our armed security watches clients pick up the goods from a safe distance and get back in their car. This is up to our client and we will ask what you prefer prior to arriving at our showroom so things are clear. We don’t want anyone to feel shy or disconcerted over the fact that you don’t want any contact. Many of us our anxiety-ridden when out on the town. So, we completely understand.

Safety Precautions

We have been using the highest level of respiratory etiquette both inside and outside our showroom doors. All of us who are working constantly wash our hands and we are using hand sanitizer with each transaction and handling of jewelry and watches. Moreover, we are using meticulous disinfecting practices before we touch jewelry, watches and packaging. The surfaces of our showroom and all store operation areas are disinfected throughout the day. We have created a safe zone inside our showroom, which then extends to any curbside pickups and packages that we ship out.

The Diamonds By Raymond Lee showroom is a low volume, high ticket stand-alone store with relatively low foot traffic. So, our plan for making special, private concessions for clients who want to avoid places with large gatherings of people will be entirely viable. This will begin as soon as we open back up our showroom doors to the public.

We will also be further developing our virtual shopping platform to make purchasing our high ticket merchandise online as seamless as possible. Although this can already be done, we have a lot of inventory that is still not online.
