Update (May 11, 2020):
We are pleased to announce that our showroom is now open to the public. However, we are requesting customers book appointments in advance. We are still trying to keep our store low traffic, allowing customers more privacy when shopping or utilizing our jewelry and watch services.
As for jewelry and watch repairs, we are continuing to handle those by Curbside Pickup. Also, we are still doing outdoor sales appointments for customers who prefer an open setting, so the below information remains valid.

As our nation continues to grapple with the havoc caused by COVID-19, Diamonds By Raymond Lee is taking every step possible to ensure our customers get what they want and need with absolute safety. All of our jewelry and watch services are conducted just outside of our entrance at Diamonds By Raymond Lee, to avoid confined spaces and stay in the open air. Moreover, all business dealings are private. We are completely catering to individual customers at select times. This is one of the perks for our customers that has come out of all this.

SHOWROOM CLOSED BUT ALL SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE (HERE’S HOW WE ARE CATERING TO OUR CUSTOMERS)
Our showroom is still closed to the public at the current time. We are monitoring the situation surrounding COVID-19 very closely and we will let everyone know when we are able to open our doors back up.
In the meantime, we are handling all of our services in a completely new manner, and it actually comes with some perks for our customers.
We are doing one-on-one appointments just outside of our showroom. We have set up comfortable seating and a table for our private appointments. You will be the only customer on-site, so it will be all about you. Appointments can be made for buying, selling, and trading-in jewelry and watches, as well as collateral loans, in case you are in a tight spot and need cash immediately.
For those who order with us online or need their jewelry or watch repaired, we have set up curbside pickups at predetermined times. What was once a nice perk is now a necessary public health precaution.
Conversely, if you don’t want to leave your house at all, we are shipping orders, fully insured and via same-day shipping, 5 days a week. We are also accepting repairs via mail. All you have to do is let us know in advance so we can send you a quote, instructions, and a prepaid label.

Our appointments are all conducted outdoors, allowing us to avoid confined spaces. We are taking serious precautions to combat the spreading of COVID-19. This includes disinfecting the area and products after every appointment, providing hand sanitizer to customers and our staff, and maintaining the highest level of respiratory etiquette at all times.
What’s more, we have an armed guard on duty at all times for absolute security.

ONLINE OR OVER-THE-PHONE ORDERS – CURBSIDE PICKUPS AND FULLY INSURED SHIPPING INFO
If you order online or over the phone, you have two options – curbside pickups or fast shipping. Here’s some info on both options.
Curbside Pickups
For customers who order online or over-the-phone, you can pick up your goods the same day (as long as we are open) via curbside pickups. All you have to do is call us or email us to schedule a time to come and pick up your order.
Our armed guard will deliver your package right to your car when you pull up to our lot at Diamonds By Raymond Lee. It’s simple, safe, and you can get your goods right away!
Note: If you don’t want any contact, we completely understand. Just let us know! We can set up the curbside pickup so that it is completely contactless.
Same Day Shipping
For customers who want to order jewelry and watches from the comfort of their home, we have created a smoother online sales channel so you can make purchases from your phone or computer.
Note: You can also call us to make purchases over the phone! We can even give you a virtual consultation via your preferred video platform (Skype, FaceTime, etc) so you can see some product options and choose what you want without having to leave home.
We are shipping 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). We aim to get your package shipped out on the same day as you order. But at the latest, it will be the next business day. We also do same day or next day delivery. All packages are fully insured and packed beautifully, so there’s no concern of damages during shipping.

ONE-ON-ONE JEWELRY AND WATCH SALES APPOINTMENTS
For those who want to buy jewelry or watches, now is the time. It is currently a buyer’s market, which means you will get incredible deals on fine diamond, gemstone, gold, and platinum jewelry and luxury Swiss watches.

Our jewelry specialist will wear a mask and have hand sanitizer at the ready. This way you can sit down and look at our selection, stress-free. What’s more, the entire process is pressure-free, so if you don’t like what you see, you can request other items or go about your day.
All in all, our goal is to provide our clients with a convenient, private one-on-one sales appointment that allows them to choose exactly what they want and get the answers they need. Not to mention at a price that blows their mind. All while ensuring the safety of everyone, which includes our staff. Our outdoor sales appointments are the way we are doing this. And it is working very well.

JEWELRY & WATCH LIQUIDATION & LOAN APPOINTMENTS
Our buying and collateral loan services are in full effect. We know many people are strapped for cash due to furloughs and jobs that have completely vanished. So, if you need cash now, we are available to buy or give you a loan on your fine jewelry and luxury watches.
We pay the highest price in all of South Florida when buying jewelry and watches as we have no middleman. We buy from customers and sell to customers. Everything is handled in house. This includes repairs and jewelry creations, so if you have broken gold jewelry or scrap gold and loose diamonds, we will buy that from you too!
As for our collateral loans, we offer the most on loans and we give the best loan terms. Don’t bother going to a local pawnshop as we crush them when it comes to loans and buying prices. We offer 60+ day loans (all the way up to 10 years!), low-interest rates, and our loans have free renewals if you can’t pay off the loan before the loan period ends. Our goal is to get you the cash you need without putting you in a tight spot. We would never want to put you in a position where you are stressing monthly payments just so you don’t lose your prized possession. Should I sell or get a collateral loan?
The answer to this is simple. If you don’t care about or wear the jewelry or watch in question, then sell it. If it is scrap gold, loose diamonds or broken, sell it! That’s as good as cash just laying around.
Conversely, if the piece has sentimental value and you want it back then a collateral loan is the way to go. Just make sure you can actually meet the loan terms. Because if you can’t make the minimum monthly payments, your loan will default and we will have to recoup our losses by seizing your collateral.
How the process for selling your jewelry and getting a collateral loan works:
- Call us or email us to make an appointment.
- Meet us at the scheduled time. Bring the jewelry and/or watches you want to sell. The meeting will be conducted just out front our showroom entrance. We have a table with comfortable seating so you can relax in the shade as we discuss the jewelry or watch’s value and come to an offer.
- Our jewelry expert/gemologist appraises the jewelry right there in front of you, explaining the value of your asset(s).
- We come to an offer. If you agree, we hand over payment right away, which can be either cash or check. We will also provide you a transactional receipt.
- If you don’t accept the offer, no worries at all. The appraisal is free and we never employ pressure tactics to get you to sell. We are here to help you, not low ball you and get you to sell. Right now we are operating at 0% profit, as to help our community and keep our business afloat.

JEWELRY AND WATCH TRADE-IN APPOINTMENTS
If you have jewelry or watches that you no longer wear or you have your heart set on something new, please contact us as we are accepting trade-ins, trade-ups, and even trade-downs.
Trade-in process:
- Call us or email us to make an appointment to trade in your jewelry and or watch.
- We will ask about what you are looking for in terms of a trade-in. If you know exactly what you want, just let us know. If you aren’t sure but have a general idea, we will ask questions to understand your requirements and demand. That way we can present to you some good options during our meeting.
- Then, we will ask about the jewelry or watch in question to get an idea of its value.
- From there, you meet us at the predetermined time. As with our other jewelry and watch appointments, they are done outside our showroom in front of the entrance to Diamonds By Raymond Lee. We will have drinks and hand sanitizer on deck!
- We will appraise your piece then let you know its value. Once we have the value confirmed, we can make the trade. If your piece is worth more than the new item you want, we will pay you the remaining balance in cash (or check). If it’s worth more, you will need to pay the remaining balance.

CURBSIDE PICKUPS FOR REPAIRS
Have jewelry or watches that need a repair? Our repair service is back! What’s more, it is easier and more convenient than ever for our customers.
Here’s how our curbside pickups for jewelry and watch repairs work.
- Meet us at Diamonds By Raymond Lee’s parking lot at a predetermined time.
- Bring your jewelry or watch that needs repairing. Please bring it to us in a plastic bag and place your full contact details inside the bag as well.
- Pull up directly to the front door. Our security guard will come to your car to pick it up. There’s no need for you to get out of your car. Just relax 🙂
- Our security will bring it inside and hand it over to our staff so they can immediately enter the repair and your contact details into our system.
- We will hand over item to our jewelry and watch repair master, who works on-site at our state-of-the-art workshop inside Diamonds By Raymond Lee.
- When you repair is finished, we will call you to let you know. We collect payment over the phone. From there, we will schedule a pick up time that is convenient for you, during our hours of operation.
- You come to our parking lot just like you did for the drop-off.
- Bring your ID so we can confirm the contact details match up. Our security guard will deliver your jewelry or watch, completely fixed, right to your car. You can check it out and make sure it’s all good. If you are satisfied, which will guarantee you will be, you can be on your way!
